As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, the real estate market can change quickly, and new developments may have occurred since then. However, based on the information available up to that point, here are five areas in Karachi that were considered popular for buying apartments:

- Gulshan-e-Iqbal: This area is more affordable compared to DHA and Clifton while still offering a good range of amenities. It’s well-connected and has a mix of both residential and commercial spaces.
- Bahria Town: Known for its gated communities and modern infrastructure, Bahria Town has been gaining popularity in recent years. It offers a self-contained living environment with facilities like schools, hospitals, and entertainment options.
- North Nazimabad: This is a well-established residential area that’s known for its relatively peaceful environment and a variety of housing options, including apartments.
